Refund policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items purchased online within 12 working days of receiving the order without giving any reasons. The 12-day term begins on the day of receipt of the last package. To receive a full refund, you must return the products in suitable packaging. The items must not have been used, worn or damaged more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Items purchased in the online shop cannot be returned or exchanged in a shop.

* The accessories have each part of the original packaging.
* The shoes come in the original box.

The return request can be refused if the above conditions are not respected.

The shipment is charged to the customer who carries out the return operation.
