PRODUCT RETURN CRITERIA
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items purchased online within 12 working days of receiving the order without giving any reasons. The 12-day term begins on the day of receipt of the last package. To receive a full refund, you must return the products in suitable packaging. The items must not have been used, worn or damaged more than is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Items purchased in the online shop cannot be returned or exchanged in a shop.

We kindly ask you to respect these conditions:
* The product is in its original condition and packaging.
* The apparel products have the tag attached.
* The accessories have each part of the original packaging.
* The shoes come in the original box.

The return request can be refused if the above conditions are not respected.

The shipment is charged to the customer who carries out the return operation.
You can carry out the return. returned by the courier of your choice, even if BARTOLINI is strongly recommended, the same one with which we ship. You will need to send ALL the products you intend to return in a single shipment, with the following recipient details:
