Once the purchase has been completed on our e-commerce site, together with the invoice, your order will be shipped to the address you indicated within 24/48 working hours from the moment Why Not Brand confirms the order via email.

Shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates will apply.

You can do this within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item has not been washed or damaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. To begin the return process, contact our customer service to receive all the necessary information.

Once we have received your return and verified the integrity of the product, we will proceed with the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for a refund may vary depending on your payment method.
